SkyFly: Soar America utilizes a state-of-the-art ride system to give you the feeling of flight. From the moment guests enter the building, surprises await to set the scene for what comes next! Prepare to experience the sights, sounds, and smells like never before during this one-of-a kind adventure! You will hang suspended, feet dangling, before a 50-foot spherical screen while our custom film whisks you away on an exhilarating 6-minute journey across the United States. Special effects, including wind, mist and scents, combine with the ride’s motion to create an immersive experience. Guests will be transported from The Island in Pigeon Forge to places that they otherwise may never have the opportunity to see and experience the beauty of America in a unique and unforgettable way!

Our flying theater ride lifts you up and suspends you in the air with your feet dangling, surrounded by a 50 foot dome screen. The ride moves you up and down and pitches you forward and back to simulate flight as you go on a journey across America. We sent drones and helicopters all over the country – from Niagara to the Everglades to Alaska and Hawaii, a total of 20 locations – to shoot a film exclusively for this ride. You’ll experience the sights and sounds and movements and also wind, scents, and mists for a fully immersive flying experience! The ride gently moves guests in synchronization to the film on the screen to simulate flight, with wind, scents, and mists providing a fully immersive experience. The manufacturer, industry-leader Dynamic Attractions, helped pioneer flying theaters with their work on the wildly popular Soarin’ rides at Disney parks across the world.

SkyFly features an award-winning film that cannot be seen anywhere else in the world, showcasing footage filmed by helicopters and drones over America’s most beautiful and iconic locations. Some of the best pilots and cinematographers in the world produced shots that will take your breath away.
